Welcome to BoB Awards 2005

On behalf of One By One Media, Wired Hub and Qumana, I would like to welcome everyone that has joined us for the BoB Awards 2005.

We are very excited about this year’s awards and we hope to have learned from our mistakes of last year and further hope that we will make this year’s awards even more successful than in 2004.

The nominations are coming in very fast and we are seeing some great blogs that are new, some that are old, and some that we remember from 2004 which means that they have kept up the good work and continued their success.

We are experiencing some lag time with the prizes and other parts of the awards site, but we are working diligently to get everything up to speed. We have some exciting prizes for winners and some random gifts for those nominated and for those of you leaving nominations. Stay tuned for more information as it unfolds.

There is obviously more advertising space available to any and all that would like some exposure! Last time I checked, we were approaching 15,000 page views in the three days we have been operational. If you have a blog business or any other business and would like some added exposure, please check into our Advertising Page by clicking on the sidebar.

I will try to make it to every blog site that is nominated and congratulate each of you. I tried to keep up with that process, but for some reason I couldn’t stay with the pace! I know what hard work a blog can be at times (see Genuine....yes, that is blog whoring), and those of you that have been nominated should be very proud that you have a reader moved enough to recognize your efforts.

I would also like to single out the jury panelists as listed. Please go and see their blogs and let them know you appreciate their work. I for one am very obliged to all of them and thank them for their sacrifice and effort.
