The Categories
January 30, 2007 – 8:56 amAs Jim mentioned in his last post, we’ve done some rearranging with the categories this year. We’ve consolidated a few of them in order to make things a little simpler, and also to make a couple of them a little more wide-reaching.
Nominations start this Friday, so start thinking about who you want to nominate in this year’s categories!

Best Education/Homeschooling Blog
Best Food, Wine, and Cooking Blog* (expanded)
Best Health Blog* (expanded)
Best Hobby Blog* (consolidated a couple of categories into one and expanded the reach)
Best Inspirational Blog
Best LGBT Blog
Best Music Blog
Best New Blog
Best Parenting Blog* (consolidated Mommy and Daddy Blog categories)
Best Podcast
Best Sex Blog
Best Sports Blog
Funniest Blog* (consolidated humour and snarky categories)
*These categories have changed since last year. There will be more details about each of the changes on the Nominations pages which will be up first thing Friday morning.
