NCAA Basketball Championship Not Just Being Fought On The Court
April 7, 2008 – 5:51 amWith the college basketball season down to just one more game, the basketball court isn’t the only place where champions are being claimed. Kansas Jayhawk and Memphis Tiger fans everywhere are duking it out in the blog-o-sphere each proclaiming their team is going to win tonight’s game. Similar to the Hollywood watcher’s that make up the Pop Culture Blogs, blogging about your favorite sports team/athlete is quickly becoming the subject d’ jour. Gone are the days when you just sat around after the game and screamed at nobody about how your team would have won had the opposing coach not called a time out while your field goal kicker had his foot halfway towards the ball. If a bad call is made or some much deserved smack must be dished out, blogs have become the method of choice for all of those looking to let their frustrations loose.
This is just one of the reason’s why this year we have included a Best Sports Blog category. For all of those bloggers who are training day and night for an up coming competition and for those that love blogging about their favorite team, the Best Of Blogs want to help you be heard. If you are currently writing a sports related blog or have a sports blog that you must check out at least a couple of times a week, click on this link for Best Sports Blog and nominate them today!
