Are all those blog names supposed to be linked to the blogs themselves? It seems logical, so I’m assuming something just went wrong, cause nothing I can see is linked in these voting posts.
I plan to look over all these blogs and vote once I know where to go. In the meantime, if you plan to vote for Best Daddy Blog, check out mine—http://literaldan.blogspot.com—and then vote for me!
After all, which blog would YOU like to be caught reading at 3am? (Approved and paid for by LiteralDan For Most Shameless Person Ever 2008)
Carolyn at laughingaloneinthedark is a bright new voice that is going places. Pay her a visit – she’s terrific but never actually believes she is as good as she is!
I’m adding my voice to the Laughing Alone in the Dark supporters. Carolyn is a thoughtful, insightful writer and her blog is at the top of my daily reads.
Thanks MOB, but I hate to admit that Family Affairs is some good stuff. Punk Rock Mommy too. I wouldn’t be ashamed to get beat down by those two or any of the others. Although I’m thinking of throwing a half-eaten box of chocolates into the contest. The most loyal of my subjects wins it!
I started my blog to keep my friends and family up to date with what was happening to me with my stage 4 cancer. I never expected anyone to be interested in what I had to say. The last year has been filled with some very challenging/poignant and funny things. I appreciate the fact that so many strangers are sharing this with me. Blog on ladies. It is cathartic if nothing else
Family affairs – does appear to be the authentic voice of a thinking single parent determined to “have a life” but which objective doesn’t exclude a healthy absorbtion with with the practical and emotional development of each of her singularly talented three children – anyone struggling to rebalance their lives, in similar circumstances, could do far worse than making this blog a daily read.
I work with Andrea’s Husband’s (Kelly) dad in Eugene Oregon, I have followed this blog since the beginning. I pray for Andrea and her family everyday. She inspires me. This blog ROCKS!!
