My mom’s blog so deserves to win for best mommy blog. She raised us four boys, plus by two brothers and sisters as she calls it that she “inherited” when she married by step pops. Plus our cousin became kid number 9. Her stories, about us, her life and marriage and the lessons learned are a great source of inspiration and guidance for anyone trying to raise a blended family.
Plus my mom is just plain cool and funny!
By Alex iraheta on Mar 8, 2008
I have to agree my mom’s blog is awesome! and everything she writes about comes from the reality of having 9 kids and most of their friends over at our house any given moment!
The lessons she writes about are so true and we have countless friends who are now grown, married and some with children of their own, who still look to “Mom” for inspiration!

This is a platform to add only stuff that are inspirational and contributes towards self improvement, self motivation, self management and self compassion, that would help one discover and redefine themselves, able to tackle down their challenges upfront and thereby flourish in their life both professionally and personally.
This may also talk about improvements on behavioral traits of peoples which would contribute to one’s personality development.
Also may add up things that can help a person earn team respect to which he/she belongs and be a good team player.

Just a little off of the beaten track possibly, yet, we are frequently asked why should anybody want to use life quotes. What I’m saying is, just how essential can such quotes be? All things considered, insprational quotes are just phrases.
Well typically, you could utilize life quotes for a number of reasons. Utilizing a collection of influential quotes in almost any media content will portray you as being an very well informed, clever, intelligent plus respected personality. Dropping a few life quotes causes you to seem like some kind of super wizard. Life quotes gives any kind of prepared document a solid atmosphere of trustworthiness as well as recognition. Regardless of whether within a college dissertation, a school dissertation, any fascinating post, or even a company statement, very carefully chosen lifes quotes will definitely bring that bit of class.
And then, should you be asked to present a talk, or even a good oration of any sort, starting by using uplifting quotes may get interest, or even entertain, or else astound any listeners like nearly nothing similar could. Everybody from high school debating groups up to nation presidents make use of life quotes. Therefore, if you happen to fail to use quotations, you miss out big-time. The very best of British luck to you. Thank you for allowing me to share with you this rave.
Appreciate the representation of your blog, incidentally. In the infamous words of our own beloved Arnold S, “I’ll be back” (if you’ll have me)

New Book Dispels Myth of Pretzel-Practice Yoga
Written by a 30-year veteran, this book offers true experiences of yoga and meditation
BAILEY, Colo. – The title of Sophia S. Paul’s new book – It’s Not About Putting Your Foot Behind Your Ear: An Inspiring Journey of Transformation Through Yoga (published by Balboa Press) – reveals the important ideas contained within it. With more than three decades of experience, Paul is uniquely qualified to write this book.
“A lot of people still think yoga is about contorted poses,” Paul says. “In fact, the textbook for my college classes has a woman on the front cover who has her foot behind her ear. Many of my students confess they nearly decided against the course based on that book.” The enjoyment and fulfillment that those students who stuck the course out, despite the book cover, was one of the driving forces behind Paul’s decision to write the book.
It’s Not About Putting Your Foot Behind Your Ear seeks to dispel a number of myths about yoga that are commonly held in popular culture. People often believe, Paul claims, that yoga is only for the young, fit and flexible; that it is tied to a specific religion; or that it’s just about contortion. Paul hopes to erase all of these misguided beliefs.
“One can do yoga anywhere,” Paul says. “At home, outdoors, in a studio or hotel room, a tent or even a prison cell. In fact,” she adds, “studies have shown that the practice of yoga has had positive effects on inmates’ behavior.”
“Yoga and meditation are a means for slowing down, for paying attention and for appreciation,” Paul writes. “It creates a more peaceful life.”
About the Author
Sophia S. Paul is a naturopath, Reiki master teacher and a certified yoga instructor with more than 30 years of experience. Her book demonstrates how the simplicity of yoga and a holistic lifestyle can transform your life into one of peace, health and happiness. She deeply loves nature and lives in the Colorado mountains close to her children and grandchildren.

I think that it’s important for people who have overcome insurmountable odds- to share their stories- so that other people out there who feel hopeless in their situations can find some inspiration to help them fight through their own personal battles. This brief video summarizes my personal story of overcoming extreme odds- and I hope that other people can find inspiration in this:
