I’d like to recommend the DORKY HOMEMADE QUILTS blog, owned by Lisa Boyer. This blog is written with great humor, down to earth quilting, and some pretty spiffy pictures of her life in Hawaii.

Informative, sassy, and ethical, this group of young professionals blog about everything from the upcoming elections to volunteer opportunities and ways to market your non-profit on the web. If staying informed or volunteering are hobbies, this blog fits right in.
The group behind the blog all volunteer with the On Your Feet Project, a national non-profit that works to promote volunteerism to those aged 18 to 34. They started the blog in November 2007 in an effort to reach that elusive age group (of which they are part), and it seems to be working. At the very least, they seem to enjoy writing.
