I nominate my own, because I am proud of what my company is doing for its GLBT employees. We are the first company to offer 401k non-spousal roll-over and Transgender Medical Benefits. Cisco Systems Rocks

Plus all employees are encouraged to have a Blog site and we don’t just stop there. We can run POD and VOD on our sites. And we are conducting virtual business on our campus in Second Life. And soon we are going to be accepting Video Resumes.
